Pinkie Pie by PlanetPlush Pinkie Pie by PlanetPlush
This is my first Pinkie Pie!

I made her out of minky fabric. She has machine embroidered eyes and cutie mark.

Pinkie is all mine! She is not for sale.

Do you hand stitch down the bride of her nose at all to keep it bent nice?  All your plushies look so clean and crisp.

They should make the OFFICIAL plushies like this, not just those strands of fabric. I'm very skeptical about things that don't look accurate >u<
Anyways, nice job. :)

She's perfect!
I made a Pinkie recently, but it was nowhere near this standard.

I know most sellers hate to give away their patterns, so I'd understand if you didn't, but is there a pattern?

You can use a regular sewing machine. It will have a zigzag stitch option.

Really!? Do you need an embroidery machine to do it, or did you use a regular sewing machine?

Forgive me, I'm such a noob. I'm working on my first pony and I'm literally learning everything as I go. It's my first time even using a sewing machine.

It's machine stitched. You can satin stitch via machine. :]

Oh wow, it was done by hand--no wonder it looks so good. And here I was trying to find a machine stitch to do it with. Hmm...I'll have to do it by hand with my next plushie, I suppose. Thanks!

This is extremely beautiful, as is all of your work. :-) If I might ask, what kind of stitch did you use for the detailing on Pinkie's mane and tail? I'm having a hard time finding a stitch that looks right.

hey, nice body, and specially nice hair!

I wonder how to make some nice plushies as this.. I had never seen any complex tutorial before, only some very simple ones..

I can't help but notice that your plushies seem to hold their shape remarkably well. Is there some kind of internal framing that holds everything in place? I'm not sure if that's a weird question or not, I'm just very curious and amazed as to how you get your creations to look so soft and yet rigid at the same time. It's truly impressive in my opinion.

She's beautiful.
I was just in Wal-Mart and saw the 3 or 4th version of an official Hasbro Pinkie pie plush...
and she still looks like absolute crap, even at $20. :faint:

I don't expect quality like this one you made here, but come on Hasbro,

I hate to sound like everybody else but... I WANT! D:
It's WAY better than the Wal-Mart ones XD
For the Walmart ones, the mane is stringy making it look like...... Pinkamena O_o; (Same with the Crystal Pony and Pony Wedding figurines...)

Nice job on it +_+ It looks EXACTLY like Pinkie Pie~!

Good question. I would say the complexity is advanced since there are quite a few darts and you need to know how to use lock nut joints. On average my ponies take 12-24 hours to make.
